GTL Construction was hired to transform this 8,075 sq ft old hibachi grill restaurant and performed full gut renovation to transform this space into an iconic Five Below in Staten Island, NY.

The renovation included, but was not limited to, brand new store front, new sidewalks, loading dock ramp, new roof top units, sprinkler system, fire alarm system, concrete polished flooring, new lighting, and new BMS Controls.

Description: This is a worldwide fast-food establishment that specializes in hand crafted sandwiches, burgers and more, started out as a hot dog cart inside Madison Square Park in 2001. GTL had the opportunity to renovate this 4, 183 sq ft space on the ground floor level of an existing 1 story building.

The interior includes an open kitchen, full sit-down dining area, manager’s office/ inventory counting office and restrooms. The exterior includes a custom design glass façade and outdoor dining area. Today this rapid growing fast food restaurant chain is still doing something good worldwide. Thank you Shake Shack!

space, new mechanical rooftop units, new kitchen ventilation system,
plumbing and electrical work including new electrical service.
This attractive duck themed space provides a fun and delicious
experience that children and adults can enjoy for years to come.
